Introduction:

The 905nm laser therapy device to treat nail fungal infections (Onychomycosis), which combines pulse laser radiation and blue light energy, resulting in a synergetic therapeutic effect.

Laser irradiation will penetrate the infected nail plate and will target causative pathogens residing on the nail bed. As a result, the infection will be greatly alleviated and gradually eliminated.

Lasers produce coherent light energy of a sufficient strength and of a specific wavelength which when projected into tissue is differentially absorbed by the target material, producing heat and hence tissue destruction. Other tissue components are unaffected and so spared.

The device operates via a laser wave which eradicates the fungus, enhances the blood flow and enriches the oxygen to the infected nail area. Enrichment of the afflicted area with oxygen damages the fungus and enhances the activity of the immune system. In addition to this, there is a blue antibacterial light which destroys the bacteria that utilizes the weakness of the immune system and reproduces the nail and its environment.

Operating Instructions:

1 Place the device on the nail and press the operating button
2 Light will begin to blink and the device will emit visible blue light
3 The device will operate for about 7 minutes and shut off automatically.

Treatment Instructions:

Treatment of infected mails must be done on a daily basis.
Each infected nail should be treated at least once a day.
Treatment of the same nail may be repeated in the same manner as was explained above. Maximum of 3 daily treatments are allowed.
In case of more than one infected nail, all infected nails should be treated in order to prevent the spreading of the disease between the nails.

Children under the age of 18 years should be treated with the supervision of an adult.

Care and cleaning:

Exterior side of device may be cleaned with moistened cloth. Once in a few treatments it is recommended to extract the rubber padding located in the inner surface of the device and to clean it with medical alcohol.
The device should not be handled to other people for use without prior cleaning of the rubber padding.
